In order to be eligible for a refund, you MUST have had access to our products at a minimum of 24 hours and have and be able to show the following:

1. Your proof of purchase of our products from Emily Carter-Wells.

Refund Request Deadline:

You must lodge your claim within the first 14 days of purchasing our products. For example, if you purchased The Lullaby Method on 1 March 2025, add 14 days and the date would be 14 March. The refund would need to be lodged on or before the 14th of March for a full refund. No refund requests will be considered if not lodged within the described timeframe.
